Project 1 - FLATS / RETAIL

The instruction from the client was for the design of a new building to replace an existing commerical unit. Thr brief was for some retail units on the ground floor, some new apartments on the upper floors with associated car parking and landscaping to the rear of the building
Project 2 - BUNGALOW
​
As part of a larger scheme that included a proposed new cemetery, the clients brief was to also include the design of five new bungalows.
So the design was done for three plots consisting of three bedroom bungalows which contain two large bedrooms and a smaller one which could be used for home office and the other two plots are feature three bedroom bungalows.
Project 3 - BARN CONVERSION

The brief from the client was to convert an existing barn to two new residential properties. The
design was created by taking influences from the existing barn but to do it in a new contemporary way to design a new four bedroom and six bedroom properties.
The design has limited opening on the western side as the view is to an existing barn building which
will continue to be used with more glazing on the eastern side opening up to the garden areas to the rear.
